3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment must be made at checkout unless you choose in-store payment methods.

Highlights:
- In-store pickup: Free during business hours
- Standard Edmonton delivery (Mon–Sun, 5PM–9PM): $15 flat rate
- Same-day delivery cutoff: 4:00 PM
- Off-hours delivery within Edmonton: $22 flat rate
- Surrounding areas: $33 flat rate
- Outside Edmonton: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, incorrect addresses, or third-party courier issues.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Due to the nature of our products (perishable and food items), all sales are final unless:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item was damaged or expired on delivery
- There was a confirmed issue on our part
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details if there is an issue. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
6. Product Availability and Substitutions
We strive to keep product availability up to date. However, if an item you ordered is out of stock:
- You may be offered a substitution or refund
- We will notify you before delivery if a change is required
